Tip: Check these items before you go to your open house. If these don't work for you, the house hardly matters!

Outside

Before you even enter the house, look at these items! Don't be bashful about walking around the outside.

Tip: You might add decks, patios, etc. to this list. For anything concrete, look for cracks and settling. Could also look for cracks in foundation if you know what to look for.

Inside

If you are feeling positive about the kitchen, living area and bedrooms, look a little more closely at these items or other rooms that are a priority.

Checklist for the Inside (past the pretty stuff!)
Tip: look for cracks where posts meet ceilings, or where there might have been Killz and paint over a leak stain on the ceiling. The inside is also where your sense of smell comes in handy, especially in the basement!

Kitchen & Bath

Check these things for the kitchen and every bathroom.
